We decided last minute to drive to Quebec Canada and ohhhh I am so glad we did. The weather was great and Quebec is beautiful.
I took so many pictures and I will not bore you with all of them so here are a few highlights. The sweet painting on the trim of this building.
We visited the Cathedral of Notre-Dame De Quebec
Such a beautiful old church.
This is a mural painted on the side of the building. Documenting the history of Quebec.
This city is like being in europe and so much walking!
We stayed in lovely hotels in the heart of the old part of the city.
We honeymooned here 49 years ago this week. Now where did that time go???
On the way home the colors were beautiful but some of the color has passed which is early. On our trip up we were in the fog the whole way. It is a 5 hour drive from here and I do hope we go again at some point.
Tomorrow I have a blood draw for an upcoming physical. It should be really good after croissants for breakfast every morning and good wine lol.
Have a wonderful week!

I've never been to Canada, not even as close as Niagara Falls, lol. Photos were wonderful and glad you had a great time.
Oh, now you make me want to go to Quebec. So beautiful and I love visiting old churches!
Happy anniversary ๐ฅ. May you be blessed with many, many more.
How beautiful when I was a child we all went to Canada for their world's fair-I don't think they have those anymore. Sounds like a wonderful time
We live on the opposite side of Canada and have never been as far east as Quebec but it would be quite an experience. That mural is amazing.
Happy anniversary๐๐✨๐๐
It's so beautiful! I've been in Canada but not to Quebec. I love that mural!
Quebec is beautiful! Haven’t been in years though! Thank you for sharing your trip and happy anniversary!
That was GORGEOUS. I had no idea Quebec was so pretty. 49 years - wow that is awesome. I would love to go there to see all that.
What a wonderful trip to take and perfect time of year. Have been seeing the colors up north on the foliage pages.
Did you visit Quebec City? Your photos are beautiful! I especially love the mural. One of our daughter's husband is from Quebec and she loves to visit there. I also love your little hooked gnome in your previous post. He is wonderfully hooked!
Quebec is a wonderful city. My parents took us there once and we did go to the cathedral. It was amazing. We had to learn to read the traffic signs which were in French at the time. I still remember my dad wanting ice for our cooler and we finally figured it out that glaze was ice in French. You had nice weather to roam, about but driving in fog is not fun. Loved seeing the pictures you took. Janice
Thank you! I really was so pretty

Wow! Thanks for sharing. Gorgeous. Very old world. Thanks for sharing.
We have talked about visiting Quebec as it isn't that far from NH, and reading this post has convinced me we need to make the trip if not this year then in 2025. I hope we have some fall colors left in NH when we return home from our travel abroad the end of this week.
