A funny type of sea bird.
Sunset every night.
Sunday night is drumming night on the beach.
Such a fun way to see sunset.
Lunch out with our dear friend.
Such beautiful and expensive boats all around.
The famous 💋 kiss statue in Sarasota.
Such a fun statue in a beautiful park.
The weather has been beyond perfect walking the beach each day several times. When you come to the end make a wish and place a shell.
Have a wonderful week!

I needed to see some warmth. I love the photo of that kiss. I didn't know there was a statue. Looks like a fabulous vacation.
Oh my goodness all that sunshine! Y'all look great.
So happy you are having a wonderful vacation with great weather! Enjoy every minute of it ;-)
Guess it will be a little bitter sweet to return home. Glad you had this fabulous and warm vacation to charge your batteries.
I wish I was there - lol.
I wasn't aware of that statute (then again, I've never been to Sarasota?) but I absolutely love it! So nostalgically fun. And what a cool tradition with the sea shells. We've had several mild days with temps even reaching into the low 40's - a lot of snow melted but funny, it is completely white still. And, unfortunately, temps drop again tomorrow. Keep sending warm thoughts! ~Robin~
What a brilliant time you had!
Another rainy day here and cold...wish I was at the beach with you and having fun in the sun! Janice
Such an amazing way to see the world. Sunset is celebrated in so many ways but this seems to be perfect in all ways! Those funny sea birds look like they’re playing in the snow! To be able to walk along the waters edge every day, let alone several times, would be my kind of heaven! Make all those wishes come true, we have the ability most times.
Make a wish for me Cathy! Have a continued wonderful time and soak up all that sunshine! I'm sure you were out dancing to those drums!
How wonderful that you're enjoying your getaway in the sun and meeting with an old friend. Enjoy yourself. We still have lots of snow here and it's a dreary day today.
Don't get too much sun.
Hugs, Julia
It looks and sounds like a wonderful vacation. I keep saying we will go down there one winter and never make it. My sister rents a place for a month, so that sounds like a fun way to get out of the cold.
