The colors were amazing
The air was filled with a very sweet scent
So beautiful
Fields and fields of them
These sweet Iris's made a showing too.
This horse didn't know what all the excitement was about.
As he ate a field of buttercups.
Even though it was drizzling most of the day it was so beautiful!
Nature at it's best

Oh I love Lupins, so pretty but I lost mine to old man winter, boo hoo....thanks for sharing, Francine.
Beautiful pictures, a very serene and calming view of your area. I also happen to love horseflesh, so that added to my enjoyment.

I love seeing our country roads lined with lupins. It's a shame they don't last very long.
A favorite children's book was titled "Miss Rumphius," all about her mission to make the world a beautiful place by planting lupine seeds wherever she went. It looks like you saw some beautiful flowers!
Gorgeous pics. Thanks for sharing.
Pug hugs :)

They are beautiful!
The lupins are spectacular. I love lupins and grow some in my perennial flowerbed.

Gorgeous colors! Sometimes the photos come out better when it's a bit overcast. Glad you had fun! Hope your Sunday is a good one!
