Do you see what is happening outside my window as I write this? Yep it is snowing again! So that calls for comfort food. Meatloaf, baked potato, and steamed broccoli. With chocolate pudding for dessert. And I am breaking the seal on the bottle of Baily's Irish Cream that I got for Christmas. Now that is comfort!
I am working slowly but surely on my little mat. I am still having a problem with the new hook and getting use to it, I will not give up though.I went to the Doctors for my yearly today and she said that I am in good shape for the shape I am in:)
I want to thank everyone for your comments and emails. I am so blessed to have such wonderful followers and I appreciate each of you. It really is like a group of friends that get together here. I would love to meet you all. I'll start with you courtney :)
On one of my Dump runs I found a game called tabletopics family. You draw a card that has a question and the family discusses it. I thought it might be fun to try a few here. So.....
what do you think?

Your pitcher of flowers is so bright and cheerful! I'm enjoying a slow cool spring - I'm in no hurry for the heat of summer to arrive!
I would have like to personally witness the opening ceremonies of the 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver, Canada. JB
Oh no....not more snow. Poor you! I agree with all your comfort foods but would take mashed potatoes instead of baked.
I love your question. I'll have to think about it and get back to you.
Jesus preaching to the masses, can't get any better than that! Blessings jane

We had snow yesterday and today it was 68..bipolar personalities! I'd love to witness the Last Supper...
I would have loved to have seen my Grandmother play the guitar on her porch. She died way before I was born but my brother's both knew her, both became guitar players. They told such great stories of how wonderfully she could "pick" her guitar. I would have love to have known her and my great grandmother..
Love your blog!
I would really love to witness all the pollution and trash being removed from the earth... I am by no means a "green" fanatic... but, is it really too much to ask for clean water to drink and swim in? Hopefully that Spring Snow won't last too long... but, now you have me wanting meatloaf! lol!
The first thought that came to mind was the birth of Jesus -
another one in my heart - is to witness the moment my husband becomes a grandfather - he's adorable with little ones.
Very thought provoking question!
Kathy
I love your menu! One of the best comfort food meals there is. I'm going to have a cup of tea and ponder that question ...

Your rug is so bright and cheerful. Keep us posted on your progress. Funny ~ I tried a bent hook for the first time on Saturday and couldn't even get one loop pulled!
Hugs :)

Oh, I was so thrilled to have you send folks my way! I must say, I was pink with surprise! Hubby and I brainstormed about this for a long while...it's a toughie, with so many choices!
I would like to go back to see my Dad...and be with my Grammys again though, most definitely!
Fun post. We must be in the same area because we had snow the other day too- in April and Monday is supposed to be in the 80's!
Lol! The Sox won Friday afternoon and the Yanks won today. I love being friends with a Sox fan! ;) Let's see who does what tomorrow!

Snow...NO! No wonder you are having comfort food...with Baileys!! It sounds marvelous!
As for the next question....I'd like to witness the Rapture!
Your mat is just beautiful! I so wish I could learn how to do this.
What a great question to ponder? I must say the first thing that came to my mind was Jesus preaching to the masses. Then of course I thought of my times with my parents and grandparents.
Thanks honey for the get well wishes. I just had to make myself get up out of bed and move around a while. Wanted to come by and check on you too
Love
Maggie

Great question, I think I would have like to have witnessed the end of World War II. There were so many amazing people from that generation.
