Rug Camp

My 3days ended at 2pm today. It was a lovely time with great food and I had a very nice teacher. Since I was only 5 miles from home I came home and baked a chicken and organized my rug room a bit and did laundry. (work tomorrow) so sit back and enjoy the rugs and the amazing talent that was in that room.
If you enlarge the picture on most of them you will see who hooked it and the name of the pattern.

Just a quick post tonight I have more to show you.
Have a great rest of your week.

Nice that you had one close by, makes it easier to get to. I used to go to a shop that was not too far, but they are never open when I go that way, so hopefully I can pop in and see what is new. Lots of beautiful rugs, very inspiring.

Love those poppies and Cindy Irwin is a treasure. Wish there was a camp only 5 minutes from my home, lucky you.

I didn't know rugs were so popular and so pretty. They were amazing.

This sounds like such fun, Kathy! And every piece is so darned cute -- lots of talent there. I'm sure the camaraderie is just as valuable as the hooking!

Poppies looks so different when looking at the large photos - like an oil paintings done with thick globs of paint. I mean that in a good way!
And Halloween Night is such a nice design, and then add all the texture that was put in the sky - total coolness.

I love that last one with the sheep and the frog and the mistletoe is a fun rug. I'm glad you had a great time and the venue was close to where you live. It makes it all so much easier to attend.

Hugs,
Julia
