Finished

I have had to work the past two Saturdays not my favorite thing to do.
So they gave me today off (Monday!) I watched the sun come through the trees
and headed for the hospital to get some blood drawn (just the yearly thing)

By the time I got home I was so hungry. So a scone that I made Sunday and a
cup of coffee and I was good to go.

And I finished! Yahoo! ok the binding is left to do but it is
steamed and ready.

I said I would not decorate for fall but we are having company
next weekend I had to do a little.
My Brother in law and his wife are coming for the weekend
we are touring 6 NH vineyards and going to see a show at the college
a very fun weekend.

My one thrift find this week is a rock yes a rock that has been drilled for a candle
holder. I have seen these and really like the look and for 1.00 its a deal.

And to top the day off we went kayaking and saw the loons
getting ready to leave in the next month. I would say
we fit a lot into my Monday.
Have a great week.

Cathy, how lovely to enjoy the end of the day with a kayak ride. I do hope you and David are doing well. Your kitty rug is purrrrrrfect!!! It is down right chilly this evening, I dare not complain. Greetings, Julie.

Your scone is making me HUNGRY!!!
Your rug turned out great! Love the stubby legs on the kitty. I hope you are better at binding rugs than I am. I have 5 rugs and 2 pumpkins that need "finishing". UGH!
Hugs :)

Love the rug and I'm glad you finished it. Have a good week and keep finding those dump items because it amazes me every time I see what you get! Hey, was it cold on the lake? Brrrrr!

I never kayaked but it looks like fun. I have a soft spot for loons. I love their call.

I love it. You are so talented. I am totally cutting back on fall decorating but my hubby put some up over the weekend. He can't help himself. Enjoy your company.

I hope you have good results from your bloodwork. Missing meals is not something I like to do, so fasting is no fun for me.:)

That is a very good plan for entertainment of your coming company. I believe I will hide somewhere in their suitcases.:)

Enjoy your Tuesday!
