More Snow

Snow again yesterday about 5 inches. I have shoveled and snow raked our porch roof. I think I can skip exercise class today. The winter seems long already.
After my shoveling I came in for coffee and a cranberry orange bread. This is the best recipe I have found you taste the cranberries it is not over whelmed with sugar.
More Christmas decorations.
He sits on the sofa with me.
I finished up more of my Christmas cards yesterday.
I also started taking an elderberry tincture a local woman makes to help boost my immune system. Tis the season for viruses.

I made this lamp shade out of old Christmas cards many years ago.
         **********
We are off to my grands band concert tonight.
   Have a wonderful week.

We got more snow than was predicted yesterday. It was snowing pretty furiously again this morning but that was just "flurries"! It's the night for music concerts. I have on to go to as well. Your decorations are very cute.

I don’t often bake, but I would appreciate your bread recipe. It sounds SO good.
Love your little light up snowman. Gee…I don’t have one like him 🤣🤣🤣
Elderberries are supposed to be so good for you. I have a syrup to make that is sitting in the cupboard. Thanks for the reminder.

There's a chance we will get 2-3" of snow this weekend. Hopefully no more.

Oh my, that bread looks delicious! I used to love cranberry orange yummies but now the orange always seems to overwhelm. Thank goodness, we don't have snow! Or cold weather, for that matter. That will change come January, though. I love your decorations!

Grace & Peace,
Pam

Yes, winter has settled here as well. We had a good snow cover for a while and then got a couple more inches on Sunday night into early Monday, a brief reprieve and then got another 4-5". No doubt there will be a "healthy" white Christmas this year. Cranberry/orange is one of my most favorite flavor combos...I do it with bread, muffins, shortbread cookies, etc. Yum! I'm sure Miss B shone in the concert!

We just had flurries yesterday. I m tired of snow already and technically Winter has not even arrived. What a fun idea to make a lamp out of Christmas cards. Speaking of cards...need to do mine today. Janice

Send some of that snow down here – I’m ready to hibernate and ready to cozy up.! The bread just looks delicious. I love those two flavors together, and is there any chance that’s a Sharon Andrews Santa? I bought some probably 25 years ago and absolutely love them - I hate to put them away at the end of the holidays. Everything looks lovely-an amazing lamp, beautiful card, sweet decorations!

We're getting snow again tomorrow. Our first blast has half melted but now the cold will keep this for a bit. I think there is a warm up coming next week though. That bread looks so good and I could almost taste the tartness of the cranberries! Love that Santa! I hope the concert is great!
