Head Cold

I have a bad head cold. Because of other issues I can not take coldmeds. So a heated eye mask is my friend. I tried a Netti pot my ears squeeked every time I blew my nose. I hope by tomorrow it is much better.

Oh no, hope you are better soon! Drink lots of water! Oh, and drink a hot apple drink! Chop up apples and put in boiler with ginger, lemon juice and sugar. Squeeze in lemon juice. Cook til apples are cooked. Pour off liquid and drink it! Eat the apples later (heated up) over vanilla ice cream. This really should help your cold!
