Missing

Well we made it through February. Still cold and snow coming in but we are a bit closer. I hope!
Our sweet B came for an overnight. And now I am feeling greedy and want more time with her.
Her dog came too. She loves these windows watching the birds.
I made donuts for breakfast.
We got some time at the thrift store. She got a beautiful silk skirt and a Jean skirt. She is such a joy to be with.

Husband is finally feeling better. I had a great day with my sweet friend this week. I have also been cleaning out drawers and closets. So I have piles every where but in the end it will look much better.
       ************
I haven't blogged or visited much at all. I promise to get back in the grove this week.
I hope you are all well and looking forward to spring.

I just read your previous post as I'm behind also! I'm glad hubby is better and it sounds like great finds at the thrift store! Miss B's at a great age! I'm hoping for some Spring weather soon! Have a good Monday!

I'm ever so happy to have made it to March. Can't wait for Spring!
Love that you had this time with Sweet B. Our girlies were supposed to come this weekend but Alaina was sick so hopefully next weekend. I know what you mean about wanting more time with them. They grow up too fast.
I love the wooden bowl. Is it a yarn keeper?
Glad to hear your hubby is feeling better.

The wooden bowl is lovely! Was it a thrift store find?
How lovely that Sweet B came to visit and even brought her pooch. If said pup watched birds at the window I imagine you'll be cleaning the glass tomorrow *smile*

Your donuts looks so delicious-sounds like you have an awesome thrift store near you-I miss one that close to the woods property it was huge and always found clothes etc there. Good news that your husband is feeling better, and sounds like good times with your granddaughter. happy new week

You and Miss B always have a grand time. Creativity runs in the family.
Happy to hear hubby is doing better!
If you run out of closets and drawers to clean, you are welcome to stop by. I have plenty that could use a good purge!

It sounds like you have had a great week and blog posting and visiting will always take a back seat to being with family and doing fun things. Looks like the thrift store visit was a good one and since you are clearing things out, why not something "new." Glad for the update on your husband and hope he has a new puzzle to work on too.

Glad to hear you got your B time in. And since she has already done some massive purging, stop by me here in Nod before going to Lauren's. I think I'm going in the wrong direction me thinks. Donuts look yummy!!!!!

I'm glad your husband is doing better. Spending time with grands do that to you! Wish I could see mine more often. With weather getting better, I will. Keep up with the sorting. Good luck!

We all want more time with our grandkids. Looks like she's having a pleasant time with an art project. Love the picture of her dog looking out the window. Your donuts look really good. And that's a unique item you found at the thrift store. I have also been cleaning, sorting and organizing. It's a good feeling to get rid of the things we no longer want or need. Good to hear your husband is feeling better.

Happy March!

Cleaning out drawers is such a mixed blessing, isn't it? It always feels and looks so good when you are done. But no one ever sees it except you! Love that wooden bowl.

I am glad your husband is feeling better, not the best year for illnesses. I miss spending time with the boys, saw them this week for a few hours, but seems it is months before I see them again. Hard as they get older and more busy.
