A Storm, A Hook In, Wine, Friends....

Friday morning sun rise a warning of things to come.
I got out of work early and made a bee line for Maine.

I made it before the storm started. It snowed all night into most of the day Sat about 14 inches...

But we were warm and cozy and hooking away the storm..
We had lots of food, lots of wine, and lots of wool..

Laurie Troutman hooked this beauty.

Betty H design and hooked this so beautiful!

This was designed and hooked by Cynthia.

Cynthia hooked this one also.

Such great color and I forget who was hooking this.

This was designed by woolen Memories
and hooked by Jenni.
Again by Jenni

Hooked by Jan love the gold coat.

Lovely bag but bad picture.

Another Jenni so wonderful

My rug hooking buddy Donna made her own slippers!
I will share the gifts she made for me in my next post.
To much food, Not enough sleep, and a little wine
and I am beat More to come!

What a wonderful assortment of beautiful rugs. It sounds like a great way to pass the storm and have a great time. I'm glad you made it before the storm and thanks for sharing the pictures with us.

It looks like spring has finally found us as snow is melting. Have a great week.

Hugs, Julia

Such wonderful hooked rugs. So glad you made it, but not glad to hear about the snow. So tired of the white stuff. Janice

Maine is one of the few states I've never visited and it's on my list of places to go. However, it would take more than wine to make me a hooker as wonderful as those you've shown here. So beautiful! Glad you could make it there and back safely and hopefully Spring will find it's way northeast soon! We have a possibility of snow on Friday this week. I'm hoping that's it for our season!
