Oh Baby It's Getting Cold Out There Brrrrrrrr

A little walk around our yard. I haven't planted anything yet
so husband lined up the wooden tulips in the window, in my
potting shed very sweet.

My hosta are getting there but we are expecting very cold
weather for the next few days. Like freezing temps!
I am glad I have not planted but not sure what is going to happen
with the things that are up.

Last night we went to an auction this is one of two bureaus husband
purchased needs some work but so sweet.

This oak chair is different not sure if it was in a church or not.

It has very diffrent rungs on the bottom and this pocket on the back.

And husband is freshening  up our fire pit chairs.

I have not lifted my hook since the class last week.
My hooking class's last week is this wed it has gone so fast
and has been so wonderful!
We had Miss B over night Friday night she yells Pepe
all the time except it sounds like Popeye ha ha ha
It is because Pepe with rough house with her.
She loves to be scared, Pepe was hiding in the drapes and
jumped out she screamed and laughed so hard she made us
both laugh until tears ran down our face.
Needless to say she was out like a light at night.
I hope you all had a wonderful Mother' day I did
eating my lobster roll :)

Happy Mother's Day Cathy. Guess I had better bring my hanging plants in this evening. Wonderful auction finds, I think you had better pull your chairs really close to the fire pit!!!Greetings, Julie.

I love what you did with the Hostas in your garden. It looks real nice.

Fixing those furniture will keep Pepe very busy. I bet he does a great job of finishing it.

Miss B. sure is a blessing to you two. Enjoy her all you can. They grow way too fast.

Happy Mother's day Cathy.

I love that butterfly! The colors are gorgeous. Will it be a pillow? We had lobster for supper too. It's always a nice Mothers Day treat.

Great auction buys!!!
How wonderful to have Miss B spend the night!!! Such memories being made ~ for both her and you.
It was 39 this morning and today we had a few little icy things fall from the sky and we are supposed to dip down to 36 tonight. Ugh! Enough already. How's about a little global
Happy Mother's Day.
Pug hugs :)

Ms. B, she sounds so adorable!

like your buys, that looks like a hymnal rack on the back of the chair, the chest is very appealing, wishing I was in one of the yellow chairs in front of a fire now. we are getting cold frosts tonight & tomorrow night.

It was 28 degrees here Sunday night. I brought my flats of annuals inside--but I think perennials should be okay. It is going to ruin the fruit crops here in Michigan for sure. I was so looking forward to some good Michigan Sweet Cherries!!

I'm glad you Mother's Day was nice...I had an apple fritter instead of lobster..I think you got the better deal! I love your finds and I hope you'll show us the redone projects. It's cold here too...we had snow in Cleveland and frost out by us. Wed. it's suppose to finally get warmer.

I love the tulips in your garden shed window. I have my tomatoes all lined up in mine just waiting to be planted at the end of May. What wonderful treasures you got at the auction.
