My Joyful Life

I am starting this post backwards in order. My daughter gave me a bag of used coffee grounds from starbucks.

I sprinkled some around my gardens as I was weeding. I did work it into the soil. The rest went in the compost pile.
Monday I traveled to Maine to meet up with my sweet friends.
Where we crafted...

And crafted some more and went to Donna's rug hooking group. I snagged the felting kit off the free table......

We laughted until we couldn't breath, ate very well, just enjoyed each other's company. We meet up a few times a year(we are all from different states) but talk every day. This
Friendship is so special and important to me. I do wonder how did I get so blessed to be part of it?

And then this amazing brilliant girl is headed to high school next year. We got to celebrate her yesterday my darling Sweet B♡.
*******
I am blessed beyond measure.

Have a wonderful weekend.

Wonderful post! You have many blessings and a great life. I think that most of us do when we just look for the positives in our lives. So glad that things are going well. Congrats to Sweet B. She is growing up so quickly and is a beautiful young lady!

Be careful with those felting needles as they have an end like a fish hook but they are tiny. Hope to see your needle felted critter soon.

How wonderful to have so many like minded friends. Very special.
Miss B is so grown up. High school? How did that happen?

I wonder if the used coffee grounds act not only as a soil amendment but also deter pests? Slugs and snails maybe?

I didn't know coffee grinds work well in the garden. Starbuck's is my favorite. What a nice picture with your friends. Which one is you? It's very special to be so grateful for a wonderful life. We receive blessings each and every day.

Happy summer to you.
