It has been cool enough to bake. I usually can not make brownies you either eat them with a spoon or they are dry as dust. Voila! I made brownies from scratch!And last but not least I am trying to break my addiction to paper napkins and towels. ♡♡♡♡♡♡♡
I am dealing with plantar fasciitis. It hurts and that is what I get for ramping up my exercise I guess.

Guess what? I've also ramped up my exercise and am dealing with plantar fasciitis. Such a pain - literally!

Our weather has also been gorgeous. Crisp in the morning and sunny and 70’s in the afternoon. Perfect in my book.
ReplyDeleteSo sorry to hear about the plantar fasciitis. I feel your pain. I have had a heel spur for about 4 months that is also very painful. I have done the exercises, icing and ibuprofen. Has not helped at all. I am ready to cry uncle and contact the doctor. I am tired of limping around like an old lady (even though I am one 🤷♀️)!
It sounds like you're having the weather we had 2 weekends ago. Dreary moody days around here of late although there's been only a whisper of rain a few days ago. Sorry about the plantar fasciitis...I know that hurts like heck. Hmmm...now I don't feel so back about not exercising as much as I should. ;-) I love making brownies...guess I got a lot of practice since they were requested often by my son when he was younger. I've even managed to somewhat "perfect" a gluten-free version for my DIL. Now you've got me wanting brownies LOL.

ReplyDeleteI am so sorry about the plantar fascitis. I have that (or have had it in the past.) Having custom orthotics made is what really straightened me out. Not inexpensive but well worth it. Those brownies look to die for!

ReplyDeleteOh, I dealt with Plantar Fasciitis last summer. It was awful. I pray it gets better soon. It is a chronic thing that comes and goes for me.
ReplyDeleteThat magazine sounds wonderful to me. I've been wanting to get an Autumn magazine. The brownies look really good, and are actually my second favorite dessert, with chocolate cake and white frosting being my favorite. ; ) I hope your daughter had a wonderful 40th. I smiled at what you said because my daughters are also in their 40's. That's great that you can get new books to read at your local library. I always coming over to visit with you. The fun thing about leaving paper napkins behind is the discount stores like HomeGoods/HomeSense and TJ Maxx/TK Maxx often run excellent deals on washable ones. For holiday and seasons too. It's wonderful.
