Baking

Today I was suppose to go to rug hooking but it would not stop snowing! Soooo I cooked
Blueberry cake.

Made homemade meatballs and sauce ( that came out fabulous if I do say so myself!) And a loaf of sandwich bread.
I have been cleaning out the attic and found this Drip-o-lator coffee pot. I gave it a try and I like it better than single serve keruig. I have more control over how strong the coffee is.
Just put your coffee in pour hot water in. The down fall of cleaning out finding is goodies lol.

Husband bought a new ipad it is a steep learning curve, neither of us have ever had an apple product. He has some offers of help.
My partner in crime made this for me. So cozy and sweet.
********
A friend and I have massages booked for tomorrow AM.
I am so looking forward to that.
Have a wonderful week.

That's exactly how I make my morning coffee. One slow drip through, done. And very good.
With that cake even better.

You really were getting hit by snow! Good day to stay home and bake. The cake looks good. Nice find while cleaning too!
I have an ipad and still haven't mastered it. I use it for a lot of games... :)

Oh I wish I loved…or even liked to bake…but then I would be the only one to eat it, so probably a good thing I don’t…lol!
We are finally above freezing so most of our snow is gone.
I have been to the attic, too, and I am just totally overwhelmed opening boxes. Collectible stuff too good to just get rid of. Not sure I will force myself to have another heard sale this year. I swore never again…but??? One box I opened today was baby clothes from 40+ years ago. Too good to pitch so I may wash it and post it on one of the free sites. I mean sleepers probably haven’t changed much. Also found half a box of napkins from my 1976 wedding. No use for those and my boys have no use for things like that…sigh. I am just overwhelmed by stuff in the basement and attic!

Enjoy the massage. Good luck with the IPad. It is a great device once you get accustomed to it.

I love your sweet candle. What a lovely surprise. And your blueberry cake and meatballs look just fabulous! Is that a Hall coffee pot? I collect some of their other patterns but I think I've seen that pattern while looking around. It's lovely.

I love blueberry anything. I'd stay home instead of travelling in the snow too. Oh my but the massage sounds so good, I haven't had one in decades.

We're in for a warm up so no snow but you sure found a delicious way to have a snow day! I got an IPAD when I retired. I never could figure it out and even my son couldn't get it to work right. I hope your hubby will have more luck. If he can make that cute candle, he can figure out IPAD. That coffee maker is adorable. We're getting rid of lots of things but I bet nothing in my storage area is as cute as that! Enjoy your massage and have a good day!

The cake looks scrumptious! Also, meatballs and sauce! Yum! I’m a fan of Apple products. That’s what we learned to operate in the elementary school where I taught, and I find them very user friendly. They do require some learning, though. Chuckling just a bit, as I’m on the verge of unpacking a carton that I have had packed to giveaway for sometime….about to change my mind.

Foods look delicious, I am in the kitchen too in bad weather. we are getting a real warm up this weekend and next week. I love my french press for my coffee or a pour over coffee to use and I only drink one or two cups when I make coffee for me happy weekend
