My fairy roses are happy, happy!
In spite of all the rain and not much sun.
My cone flowers are making a showing.
My Stella Doro lilies are happy
and some interesting leaves for interest!
My lavender is starting to go by. I have not had the time to
make any lavender bottles go back to see the how to.
Since my mint is growing wild I made some
mint ice tea. and oh is it gooooood.

Well the camping trip is history and I am happy to say we survived.
and not much rain.

The way I see it, if you want the rainbow, you gotta put up with the rain.

Beautiful flowers & delicious tea, a perfect day!
ReplyDeleteYour flowers are very happy and gorgeous.
ReplyDeleteThat lavender bottle looks pretty simple to do but my lavender is gone. It was getting pretty big in a bed that needed to be dug up and I never replaced it for one reason or another.
Dolly was right about putting up with the rain if we want a rainbow.
I'm glad that you are back from your camping trip safe and sound.
Hugs,
JB
Lovely flowers! I love the quote from Dolly Parton. She is from our area!
ReplyDeleteMorning Cathy, love the gardens, the Roses are so pretty, I can't seem to grow them......glad your camping trip went well, Blessings Francine.
ReplyDeleteYou are surrounded by lots of pretty colors. Those lilies are beautiful.
ReplyDeleteGlad your camping trip was successful and not much rain. We didn't get any either - guess the weather girl was wrong (again)
Your flowers are so lovely, and I especially like those unusual leaves on that one plant! I just bought a Mojito Mint plant, so my daughter and I can make some mojitos. I'm not a drinker, but I love minty things!
ReplyDeleteWith all our rain, I should be up to my eyeballs in rainbows! Starting tomorrow it looks like a long stretch of sun...fingers crossed! Love your pretty flowers and thanks for sharing them today!
ReplyDeleteYour flowers are gorgeous. Love the roses. I have absolutely NO luck with them.

I read your computer crashed. I am so sorry. Mine is giving me problems and is real slow. Along with issues from Blogger I have not been posting.
Today I am visiting the library so I can catch up with a few friends on line.
