Then appliances are starting to break.
There was an earth quake last night and they think one that was a bit further north a few days ago. It is not unheard of here but certainally unusual.
I could go on. Is it the pull of the moon? Is it the up coming eclipse? Or is it something more? Or just a crazy coincidence?
Have a great week!
Oh I love that - yes there are time I’d like to be disconnected and living in a small cabin in the woods. So many things happening at once does make us start to think about why. Unsettled is a good word for me as well - I feel like I’m in a frenzy each day. My plan: unwind tonight with a cup of hot cocoa and a good book or favorite movie!
ReplyDeleteI hope you were able to rest over the weekend. I do think the energy about is weird.

Wanted to leave an extra note-I noticed this morning that my Christmas cactus has a bloom, and my poinsettia has a red leaf – odd for late March…hmmm. Crazy coincidence?!
ReplyDeleteWhenever I fantasize about my cabin in the woods idea, there's always someone to point out the disadvantages! Sigh. It's a dream, not a plan. It's lovely.
ReplyDeleteThese are interesting times.
ReplyDeleteNorthern Ohio is solar eclipse crazy!!!
ReplyDeleteHope the sickness and accidents are behind you and your family.
Tell Mary of Windy Meadows Farm that all three of my Thanksgiving cacti are blooming ;-)
I hope things are settling down for you' it sounds like life has been rough.
ReplyDeleteHappy Easter.
I've been more unsettled than even usual as well. Perhaps it's the unsettled times, perhaps it's the moon...but I think it may be something more. Sorry to read of the mishaps and illness among your family and hoping things regain a healthier balance soon. I absolutely LOVE that meme you closed your post with and I'm going to steal it. LOL. Wishing you an "uneventful" and happy Easter. ~Robin~ (For the record, my Christmas cactus is blooming as well. My Easter cactus shows absolutely no interest in putting out a bloom.)
ReplyDeleteSo sorry to hear about all the weird happenings. The full moon has not affected me...better knock on wood now. Here's hoping things get better for you. Happy Easter. Janice
ReplyDeleteI agree. I mean it's 1am and here I am on the computer hoping to get sleepy. If you work in surgery and are on call you really dread a full moon! Now maybe I should go out into our Creepy Woods and bring a candle!
ReplyDeleteProbably coincidence but I think the moon events can be powerful too.
ReplyDeleteHappy Easter weekend hugs Kathy
Kidding? Maybe. Maybe not. You have been through a boatload of late. Please take care and be gentle with you!
ReplyDeleteWhy is it that one thing goes wrong, there is a ripple effect? I hope things will be improving, Cathy, and that you have a peaceful Easter weekend.
ReplyDeleteYou make it sound kind of spooky, lol... I hope that there's no werewolf in the woods behind your house. Here the moon was high in the sky but very small. I just took a look at it and went to bed and slept through until the morning. I was so exhausted.
ReplyDeleteI hope that things have settled down and that warmer weather comes your way.
Hugs, Julia
