Oh To Sleep...

I  have not been sleeping well at all lately. It is an issue I have had off  and on
For awhile. I have done everything I have read about. I walk every day,
I have lost weight,no chocolate or caffeine after noon. I drink sleepy tea, read before bed,etc etc
Friday night I was up watching Christmas movies
Unil 4 am!
I AM TIRED!

So I have gotten a lot done. I am making a tree skirt
For my daughter.

Here is the pattern I am adapting. I do not like hand stitching and I am not good at it  I love seeing  other people's work .

I have hooked a little between lamb toungs.

And this is sweet B's school picture.
I asked her who the beautiful girl in the picture was She said it's me see we have the same glasses.
Love that sweet girl.
Have a  great week

Sorry you can't sleep. Have you tired pretending that you are a rag doll? Try it!
(It will help you relax your muscles, you might have to consciously try this!)

So sorry you are having sleep issues. That is no fun, but at least you are being productive.
Miss B is absolutely adorable.
Hugs :)

I used to have a hard time sleeping but treating the lyme seemed to have helped that and I tend to wear myself out, lol.
I have to shut my mind down so I play scrabble on my iPad until I start falling asleep on the pad.
Beautiful photo of Miss B, she is turning into a beautiful young lady.

I think we, as women tend to have this happen to us at a certain 'age'....menopause has taken it's toll on my sleeping habits, and has gifted me with migraines to boot! hoping you'll be sleeping better soon, but hey, in the meantime you have surely been productive! :)

I hate insomnia! My sleep issues began right after I had a hysterectomy.
I don't know your age but menopause can be a factor. I have to take Ambien every night to get any sleep.
It gave me my life back. Said all that just to say if your insomnia continues be sure to talk to your doctor.

I haven't been sleeping well either..we should call each other on those nights! Last night I was up until 2am and then had to get up for work at 5:30...yep, I was tired all day! I need some cool projects like you have and maybe I would feel like I've wasted all that nonsleep time!

10 mg of Melatonin 1/2 hour before bedtime. It is a natural sleep hormone that we start to lose in our 50's It works great for me. I don't like the sleep meds as they make me groggy the next day.
