Hooked

A few more pictures from the hook in last week

These are purses and so sweet I have made a couple of purses in my time and always got compliment when I used them.

this piece was sculptured and just beautiful

Since I was home for the day I pulled out one of my large plastic
storage bins and took apart a few of the many many skirts I have.
I will have to live to be 200 to use up all the recycled wool I have.
Thinking I may sell some of them.

I have been hooking a little and I really like how it is coming along.

At the end of the summer this past year I brought in my rosemary plant.
Usually I can never winter them over but this year it seems very happy in this window it may be looking out on this and saying "I am so happy to be inside"

Yes more snow..

And more snow! we are in the middle of a two day snow storm that will end Tuesday leaving a foot plus behind. Because of the storm we didn't get to see Miss B today. Knowing the snow was coming after I went to a family baby shower I drove up to see them. It was so good to see her we fit a lot in in 2 hours. She reminded me she was four and I told her that she had grown to fast and there would no more growing for now. She got a sad look on her face and said "Gramie I want to go to school." Oh how I love that little Miss B!

I am patiently waiting for Downton Abbey husband and I are having a cup of tea getting ready!
****
Stay warm everyone!

Another storm? I hope it's not heading this way. That Miss B is funny. Happy hooking and DA night!

lovely purses!
I like your hooked piece as well.
Always hard not to see the little ones much, she sounds adorable. Blessings to you both, as you enjoy your evening. We had 50 degrees and wind today, rain headed our way.

Great purses. I've made my share too so I'm done. That is why I listed two purse patterns on eBay.

That purple and green purse is beautiful. The bird one is cute too.

You have a great beginning on your rug and you sure won't run out of wool soon.

Miss B. is a smart little girl. So cute that she wants to grow more to go to school. Before you have the chance to use all that wool, she'll be graduating out of High School.

Take care and hook away.
Hugs,
JB

Those are gorgeous pieces and really creative.
We are getting sleety snow right now and on the edge, so not sure if we will get the rain or the heavy snow, we will find out;)

We're expecting more snow today...I'm so done with Winter! I think those purses are adorable! I've been a little disappointed in DA this year. Sunday's episode was a bit better. Atleast things seem to be moving forward! Take care and stay warm!
