What Did You Do This Weekend

I gardened a bit, come on I will show you a bit of the
garden.

My Stella Doro lilies are in full bloom

My roses make the yard smell so good. Even the bear
loved it. I sat down to have my coffee in our big window this
morning and low and behold a very large bear was just walking around our gardens. Not really bothering anything and giving us
a show.

and he left going over the this rock wall into the woods.
Do you think I could lay my hands on a phone or camera?
NOPE so no picture.

Our first selfie:) We took a hike and were the only ones on the trails.

This property is for sale so when I hit it big we are going to build
house with an infinity pool and never come down.

I have also been hooking this is the pattern
that Kim gave me as a gift when we had our girls weekend.
I really love how it is coming out.

As most of you know I have been dying wool.
I dyed 3 nights in a row. It is hard to take a picture of
the colors. they just do not come our right, some of it I am
really loving.

We waited for most of the bikers to leave (Motorcycle week here) and we headed
for the beach bar for dinner. We listened to a band that was playing.
a good end to a great weekend.
****
I hope you had a great weekend I spent most of today
cleaning my car what a pit it was! It is one happy car now:)

Sounds like you had a perfect weekend. LOVE that selfie.
Darn that you couldn't get a pic of the bear.
Your new rug looks fun. Love the colors.

How are the temps and weather this week? We have two nice days, then we might get storms, so thinking about taking off for a few days, will have to see. I would love to buy that land, great views.

Your garden gate is so inviting, it's just beautiful, and I love the stone wall! I'm imagining a table set for tea with good friends laughing and enjoying a summer day!

Love your selfie! You two are so cute!

Enjoy this beautiful weather!

No bear picture but at least he didn't destroyed your garden. Great looking flowers. My Stella Del Or are starting to bloom too.

Love the selfie and I'm so glad you persisted in dyeing wool. It's so much fun. The rug looks great.

For some reason Bloglovin only shows on post at a time and I can't see who posted unless I go look them up which is time consuming. I hope Bloglovin will rectify the problem.
Hugs,
JB

Great dye colors and can't wait to see more of the hooking in progress as I like those colors too.

Glad the bear got out of Dodge but more happy you didn't encounter him on your hike.

That looks like a great place to hike and I like your photo. It's too hot to hike in Florida now so I sewed and worked on my little dolls. Enjoy your week! Hugs, Diane

Having a bear as a garden tourist would make me a speed gardener. Love the selfie! Some of my best pics of Jack and I are selfies! Our weekend was spent in Chicago with family. Yours looks more peaceful! Enjoy the beginning of the Summer season.
