What is it good for? absolutely nothing.(I know that is not how the song goes)
I do not like stress, I do not thrive on stress,So I turn to the first thing that helps.
This old mixer and I have cooked up a storm in times of stress.
David is still having issues I feel we are falling backward.
So....I made banana bread.
His appetite is off so I made choc chip cookies.
I think depression is his enemy right now.
So... I made whoopie pies.
Stress sends me to the food I love and oh how I love fiddle heads!
Since I have now eaten enough food in general for him and myself.
I took an old fashion walk and smelled the flowers.
a bit of gardening and a bit of cleaning.
I am hoping my pants fit me in the morning:)
I am breathing deeply and tying to let go and live for today.
Stress how do you deal with it?
I was going to buy a copy of the power of positive thinking and then I thought: What the hell good would that do?
