The Price Is Right Part 2

The following is part 2 of my first yard sale outing this year with my best junking buddy last Sat.
She and I have a history of a lot of sales.  This Basket is large and Miss Baby's new toy basket at Gammie's. The book is from my junking pal it is a grandmothers book to record all of the special events with grand baby.

I have never seen Christmas lights like these I got 3 boxes of stringed lights and 6 boxes or replacement bulbs.
I need to get up my courage to eBay I would love to sell these this fall.

A bit of music for 3.00 I love Clapton, the one in the back is Johnny Cash at
San Quentin still in the wrapper, not a big county fan but it is good.

Cute shoes

and a cute top 2.00 daughter now has it.

Sat is date night so for our date we went to Lowe's.(Oh yeah sexy:) On the way back we hear of a house fire. My husband use to be a full time and is still part time fire fighter. So we went to see the action.
oh how I love date night:)

This is Baily the grand dog. His family went to the Von Trapp lodge in Vermont he was stuck with the grand parents and a very cranky cat.
He scams his gram because he knows she is a soft touch. What a cookie? sure follow me:)

Don't be afraid to set up listings on ebay...if I can do it, anyone can. Love your grand dog's sweet face...I'm sure he can get treats from you just by looking cute.

I love that basket! My kids have one very similar that is full of 'their' toys at Grandma's house. I really like the shoes too--great finds! Did the fire fighting go ok?

Cool finds part 2! Your granddog is a cutie. We take care of ours frequently since he and his master are living with us at the moment! Date night? What's that?

I would go to Lowes on a date! It's my kind of place.
I have a large laundry basket too-when it's full of wet clothes, I can't carry it!
Your g'daughter will look cute in her 'new' top, for sure.

Don't you love yard sales? I just published a short funny story on Amazon about a yard sale. Much of it was based on experiences I've had over the years at sales. You can get some great deals!

LOL I am still laughing about Lowe's being your date night.
I can remember one time my hubby took me to What-a-Burger so many date nights that I finally could not even look at a hamburger for a very very long time. haha
Great bargains as always.
What a great place for your daughter to be visiting. You sound like me when I keep my daughter's cocker spaniel. I give him what he wants ...haha
Have a awesome week ahead
Love
Maggie
PS
Oh thanks for being concerned about someone helping me with the tractor. My brother Gary is recovering from his cancer treatments but insisted on coming and moving it for me. What a sweetheart. I am hoping to let it set for a while I don't feel right mowing on it.

Loved seeing all your finds! Those lights are very interesting, never saw any like them!
Had to laugh at your date night! A new HD grand opening was on our anniversary one year, and yes, we went! We did go out to eat afterwards, but I always remind him of where he took me! Of course it is the first and only within 50 miles so it was quite. The happening! :)
I like Eric too, esp that song he wrote for his son who died. My nephew was hit by a car and killed, so it is very meaningful to us.
Hope dh is doing well!
